Clean room. Friendly staff. The air conditioner didn't work. Beds were on the stiff side.
Loved everything except the parking situation, but it's in a busy area so just glad there was parking close by. There were stains in the carpet, but we were traveling with a toddler so honestly stains aren't even a concern for us

Breakfast was good nice variety
The room was nice, it was quiet and the beds comfortable. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but it smelled good. The location worked well for where we needed to be. The area seemed safe although there was a homeless person in one of the door wells in the adjacent mall.

The breakfast was good, not a lot of options if youre vegetarian. The staff are super nice, the suites are very spacious. The TV in the room works well.

The staff was really nice and helpful, especially since Booking.com messed up our reservations. The staff was able to get us the final vacant room that they had in the hotel. It was fairly late in the evening and we wouldn’t have had time to try to find something else. I won’t be using Booking.com again.

Easy to get places, great staff, free breakfast with to go containers! Affordable and so close to downtown and also runs a shuttle into town so you don’t have to drive & try to park.
